Our body is made of inner self and outer self. Outer self is the physical part which can be seen and touched. The inner self is the intangible part which can only be felt. The physical body is made up of different structures joined together. Examples of such structures are bones, ligaments, organelles, tissues, cells, skin, hair, muscles to name a few. For example bones provide support to other body parts. Tissues are used to store products of metabolism. Organelles carry out body metabolism. Skin protects the body from external injury. Ligaments connect different types of bones in the body. The inner self is made of heart. A heart is composed of spirit and soul. A spirit is what gives life to living organisms. There are times when our body tends to be tired. Our mind too becomes occupied with a lot of things in such a situation. This may come due to some factors. The day's work may make us to be tired in our body and mind. Stress and depression may also make our mind to be tired. Journey on foot or by bus may also contribute to tiredness in our body. During such a time, we tend to exclude ourselves to relax our mind and body. Meditation is very important in such a situation. Meditation is an act of listening to yourself. Many people may not consider meditation as an important thing. This may come as a result of lack of knowledge on meditation.

There are steps to follow when you are in the process of meditation. You should find a place of meditation. You should find a quiet place to meditate. While in this place, you should sit in a relaxed mood without any disruption. While in this quiet place, you should start meditation by first deep breathing and slow breathing.

 You should finalize such an exercise by breathing with your belly. After this you should breath slowly in a relaxed fashion. While in meditation, you should look to a single place to avoid disruption of your mind. You can look at the wall, beach, ceiling, and any other thing while meditating.
